Attendance Hardware Options
The Academy Attendance Package is stored on school servers and runs in conjunction with the existing School Admin System.
Student data is easily exported from the School Admin System into Academy and the attendance data is easily exported back into the School Admin System. Academy's Attendance package offers the school full flexibility on what attendance data they wish to capture and report on.
Existing school hardware can be used as a "Swipe Station" to capture attendance data, or the following options are available:
| Touch Screen All in One Kiosk |
Can be used at any entry point at the school (front office, library, music centre, boarding house etc) and is designed to capture student movements quickly and easily where minimal staff intervention is required. |

| Receipt Printer |
Print receipts for late arrival, early departure, study periods, sick bay, uniform pass & breaches. |

| Omnidirectional ID card Scanner | This counter top barcode reader has a twenty line scan pattern that allows students to scan their ID cards easier. |

| Magnetic Stripe ID Card Reader |
ID Cards with Magnetic Stripes (eg similar to credit cards) can be used with a Magnetic Stripe ID Card Reader for movement transactions within the school. |

| Numeric Keypad with / without magstripe reader | Used for student's to select the Option Number when processing a transaction. This is required to connect to the School Swipe Station PC if no touchscreen is installed. They can be supplied with or without the Magnetic Stripe ID Card Reader. |
